MerxFi Payments is a modular payment infrastructure that enables merchants to accept crypto payments through multiple payment processors. It abstracts blockchain complexities and provides a simple integration through our Payment Registry architecture.
SafePay uses a Gnosis Safe 2/3 multisig where the buyer, seller, and platform are co-owners. Funds are held in escrow until 2 of 3 parties approve the release, providing protection for both buyers (refund if issues) and sellers (guaranteed payment upon delivery).
EIP-3009 is an Ethereum standard for gasless token transfers using meta-transactions. Buyers sign payment authorizations off-chain (zero gas), and the platform submits the transaction on-chain, covering the gas fees while instantly transferring funds to the seller.
MerxFi currently supports USDC on Base network. The modular architecture allows for easy integration of additional tokens and chains through the Payment Registry system.
SafePay Escrow charges a 2.5% fee, while EIP-3009 Gasless payments charge 2%. These fees cover transaction costs, escrow management, and platform maintenance. There are no hidden fees.
Yes. MerxFi is completely non-custodial. For SafePay, funds remain in a user-controlled Gnosis Safe multisig. For EIP-3009, transfers are instant and direct. The platform never holds custody of user funds.
